For over 20 years, Dr. Junquera has taught infection control to universities across Costa Rica and Latin America, sharing her expertise and advancing the standards of dental care globally.
In recognition of her contributions, Dr. Junquera is board-certified by the CDC in dental infection control, quality control, and assessment. Her innovative approach, including the implementation of the Hu-Friedy instrument and cassette system, ensures that our practice remains at the forefront of infection control. From day one, she has also offered her patients the comfort of Nitrous Oxide (Laughing Gas) as an anxiolytic, ensuring a calm and anxiety-free experience.
